2.1 Science Fair Preparation
Discussion: Members discussed booth setup, budget, and volunteer assignments.
Decision: The fair will be held on 20 November 2025.
Action: Tanvir to finalize the budget by 8 November and Ayesha to design posters by 10 November.
2.2 New Membership Drive
Discussion: Proposed to invite new students through social media and classroom visits.
Decision: Campaign to begin on 12 November 2025.
Action: Sara to prepare an online registration form.
2.3 Equipment Maintenance
Discussion: Some lab equipment requires servicing.
Decision: Approve a budget of ৳3,000 for minor repairs.
Action: Rafiul will contact the technician by 6 November 2025.
2.4 Any Other Business
Rahim suggested organizing a guest lecture in December. Further planning postponed to next meeting.
